IMPROVED/ DEVELOPED VIDEO:

REFLECTION:
How did your planning help clarify and develop your ideas?

Planning helped me develop my ideas by showcasing what can be done so that the video could be better. The things that were not the best such as the camera was not still in some shots helped me decide that while I'm editing, I should improvise on that. Rewatching the original also helped me with my ideas while I was editing as I decided to include a title screen this was for those who have never watched mean girls or were not quite sure where it was coming from. Planning helped us with many aspects of filming and editing especially with the timings, accuracy and things like costumes and props.

FUTURE IMPROVMENTS:
How could you improve your work for future videos?

For future videos by making sure that there are no unnecessary clips or jump shots that will let the whole video down. I will make sure that while editing the main audio volume of the video is high, so it is clear when it comes to reviewing the video. In terms of filming, I will make sure that the camera is still and doesn't move so that the shot is still and does not cause any difficulties while editing.

EVALUATION:
what have you learned regarding the importance of mise-en-scene in film and television?

I have learnt that the importance of mise-En-scene in film is because it effects on how the audience perceives characters and their environments. The mise-En-scene impacts on the audience and shows how they view the film. Mise-En-scene is everything and anything Infront of the camera so, if some part of the mise-En-scene is incorrect such as the Costume, Lighting, Actors, Makeup, Props, setting then the audience may give a bad review which can impact on the business that sells the movie. Not only on behalf of the audience but the movie in general wouldn't be enjoyable to watch if what is showing on the screen has not been done professionally for an example of the lighting of the protagonist is really low throughout the movie then it would be a flop towards the film industry. I have learnt that the mise-en-scene is important in every film in order for the movie to reach a certain number of views that the director is willing to accomplish. The mise-En-scene is a key aspect for success in the film industry.
